When reporting an issue, include Chrome version, extension version, whether visible-tab capture or demo mode was used, and whether PNG/HTML export completed.

Common checks

Chrome restricts capture on internal pages such as chrome:// URLs. Use a normal webpage or the demo.
Review the packet before sending it to anyone.
Use solid redaction for sensitive information.
